Making your booking:
To make your booking as easy as possible we’ll need the information below, so please have it ready when you call or email (and of course read our ‘petit t’s & c’s’ beforehand):
Your name – parent or guardian
Your email address

Your contact number (home and Verbier)
-
Date and time of arrival and departure in Verbier
The name of apartment/chalet/tour operator (if applicable)

The name and ages of the petit one(s)
The dates and times you’ll need childcare – please be as specific as possible
Information about any allergies or medication – you will be asked to fill out a form once your booking is confirmed
Any special instructions for your child’s care
Payment
We require credit card details to secure the booking (although payment will not be taken) and the entire amount may be settled by cash, bank transfer or credit card (subject to 3% charge). We will give you a cancellation period which varies on the time of the season, if cancelled within this period a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for nannying and 60chf for eveniing babysitting (except NYE).
We’ll email you to confirm the details once a deposit has been made.
We always recommend you double (and triple) check everything when you get your confirmation, so we can make sure your booking runs as smoothly as possible.
