Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to provide inclusive, fun and engaging activities for the children in our care. In the role of Kids Club Leader, you will be responsible for designing in advance and implementing well-organised activities, such as multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, and structured play. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and happiness of the children
This role also involves overseeing all aspects of the kids club’s operation. This includes organising activities, purchasing snacks, and ensuring cleanliness. You’ll coordinate with the ski school for child pickup and afternoon handovers, maintaining regular communication with parents, and assisting with inquiries about additional babysitting services.
You will represent Petit Verbier with a friendly and professional attitude, demonstrating our dedication to delivering exceptional childcare experiences.
Active participation in team meetings with a positive and joyful energy to collaborate with the nanny team is expected. Your skill in nurturing client relationships and contributing to the company’s growth is highly valued.
