Job Overview
We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic and passionate Kids Club Leader to come and work in Verbier this winter season, with year-round employment opportunities available.

Duties
Expectations
You will be expected to be friendly, presentable and in Petit Verbier uniform when on duty. You are the face of Petit Verbier.
Researching new games and activities, and putting together appropriate activities e.g. Christmas cards or Easter cakes.
You must be knowledgeable about all aspects of the company and able to help parents who are asking about booking additional babysitting.
Typical week
You should receive the numbers for Kids Club on or before Sunday evening.
On Monday mornings you will go to Medran at the ski school drop off points to meet parents. This is the time to introduce yourself to the children so they know who is picking them up for the afternoon and give your card and number to the parents. You will also need to make sure the parents know where the pick up is and when. Pre meets will be between 8.45-9.15 depending on which ski school you are meeting with.
You will then need to pick up snacks for the week (fruit, cereal bars etc.). You will then arrive back around 12.30/13.00 at the office where lunch will be provided for the children.
You will then have organised games and activities for the rest of the afternoon. Parents pick up children at 4pm.
Training
There will be a compulsory training week before you commence work and ongoing training throughout the season. Nannies are required to attend the weekly staff meeting in order to get information on the following week and de brief.
Wages
You will be paid 22 CHF per hour.
You must be available for additional babysitting work to compliment your kids club hours. This will be paid at 20 CHF per hour.
You will be expected to log your hours each week on a job sheet and then upload your hours to our system. You will then be paid monthly into your Swiss bank account.
