Hello! I am a certified Primary School Teacher & Children’s Confidence Coach. At present, I am building a business, which enables children to uncover their emotional intelligence accurately both in oneself and with others.
Mind Station Coaching is an educational programme, inspiring children to become chief conductors of their own minds. Through child friendly characterisations of the brain and relatable narratives, Mind Station encourages children to learn more about themselves and others around them, whilst also having the ability to acquire life strategies to self-regulate, manage challenges and obstacles that they face every day.
Currently, I’m offering 1-1 sessions for children between the ages of 5-10 years. These sessions are uniquely tailored to the individual needs of your child’s social, emotional and personal development. The journey begins with a free discovery session either in person or online where we will get to know one another, explore how we can work together, pinpoint any focal areas for your child and outline a coaching agreement.
Mind Station sessions are highly interactive, engaging & motivating for children in the primary years. It is also a collaborative process where there will be constant communication, feedback and progress between parent, coach and child. You will see huge increases in confidence, emotional regulation, empathy, resilience, determination, courage and positive social interactions with your child.
Currently, these are life skills that we tend to acquire at a later age and children can hugely benefit from learning them in the primary years. Mind Station Coaching is an engaging platform that provides children with life tools, strategies and knowledge. Not only will they have a heightened self-awareness but they will be more resilient and independent enabling them to navigate the twists and turns that life throws at them.
