Extra activities such as swimming, sledging and rock climbing can be organised upon request, although there may be an extra cost for such activities, to be notified to you in advance.  Full week carers will be equipped with a range of fun toys/games to entertain your children and we will arrange for you to meet your carer before the start of the booking for introductions and childcare details. This will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Hours
For all bookings, minimum booking time is 2 hours with a 2 hour minimum break time between shifts. The hourly rate is billed in increments of 15 minutes, with time rounded up or down to the nearest quarter of an hour. It is advised that all pre-booked hours are utilised, as no refund will be given in the case of unused hours.

Transport
Subject to clause 2.3, our carers will arrange their own transport to and from your accommodation in Verbier or other reasonable meeting points. Bookings outside of the Verbier or Le Chable area will incur transport costs.

Payment
Payment in full for each booking must be made at the time the booking is placed. Payment may be made via bank transfer or credit card (subject to a 3% charge).
